Yay…Fall is finally here! Everything is so crisp and colorful with change in the air, this is my favorite time of year! So excited for all up coming sessions, such a beautiful time of year to be photographed. And just in time for Holiday card photos. Still have session dates available! Evelyn attended her first official tea party on Sunday, hosted by tea party extraordinaire, Grandma. My mother-in-law pulled out all the stops for this one. We dined on her tea set from when she was a child and her mother’s, Evelyn’s Great-Grandmother’s childhood tea set. The setting was lovely and the food and tea, simply delicious.
Evelyn was beyond excited to participate. I think her favorite part was pouring the tea. She was in charge of all tea cup refills. Evelyn impressed us all with her grace as she poured tea without spilling a drop.
Today Evelyn had her first ballet class. She was very excited to put on her dance shoes and leotard. When we first arrived at the dance studio she was a little shy, and at one point came out of the class to get me. Lane and I joined the class for a few minutes until she warmed up. Then we sneaked out. The instructor said she was following all the steps and having a blast. Evelyn even demonstrated what she had learned. She was also very excited about the “dance” stamp that she earned on her hand. Hopefully the parents will be aloud in the dance room next time so I can get some action shots! I couldn’t be more proud of my baby girl.
At only 10 days old…this little guy was a trooper. He was a perfect angel during the whole session. Through outfit changes and all, he kept his composure.
Look at those tiny crossed feet….my heart was seriously skipping a beat.
This sweet little man is so blessed to have such wonderfully loving parents.
This was one of the last shots taken at the session. As soon as Mom took the diaper off Peyton curled up and gave us this pose…he is beyond precious.

Had the honor of photographing the wedding of a beautiful couple last month. Everything was perfect and the reception was stunning! Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day.
A couple weeks ago, I met with my friend Gabi and her family at the Vines Garden park. It was a lovely evening and the park was full of beautiful flowers. It was the perfect setting for this gorgeous family!
I’m totally in love with this last image. It was the last shot of the session. Sweet Isabel gave me the most precious look as she held on to her mommy…took my breath away.

The Mother’s Day mini sessions held at The Purple Ladybug are finally done….Yay! I had a blast photographing so many beautiful children and families. It was wonderful to capture the unique personality of each child. Working with The Purple Ladybug was a joyful experience and I hope to team up with them again in the future. Thank you to Lisa and Valerie and all the kids/families that came out for this event. You all are awesome…thanks for letting your light shine!
